- Lead the mobilization team, including supervising all mobilization coaches, overseeing U.S. recruitment, and implementing new ideas to expand TeachBeyond's reach
- Recruit on college campuses, in churches, and at special events
- Correspond with people who are considering going overseas
- Encourage and mentor candidates as they apply, fundraise, and prepare to go
This role beautifully combines my love for connecting with people and my passion for transformational education. I'm grateful for this front row seat to see God raising up new teachers, residence life staff, coaches, administrators, and camp volunteers!
